Jeff has decades of experience in communications and marketing, specifically in the areas of video, photography, strategy, branding and copywriting. During his 25 years at Discover, he built an in-house multimedia function from the ground up including an in-house studio. He worked with sponsorships including the Orange Bowl and NFL and C-suite executives.

Upon starting his own business early in 2021, Jeff turned to community involvement. He was sworn in for his second term as a Carol Stream Village Trustee in the Spring of 2025 and then took over as President of the Carol Stream Chamber, where as a board member he worked with the CEO to rebrand the chamber as part of its relaunch in 2024. Jeff is also a board member of the Rotary Club of Carol Stream.

Jeff is passionate when it comes to supporting Carol Stream businesses and residents as a way of strengthening the overall community and making it appealing to businesses and potential residents.  

With over 15 years of real estate sales experience, Joe Cirafici serves as the owner and managing broker of Cirafici Real Estate and the team leader of The Cirafici Team. In addition to his ventures in real estate sales, he is the owner of Cirafici Homes by Joe & Jen, a luxury home building company. Joe’s past experience includes working as a Carpenter, Professional Actor, Singer- Songwriter, and Executive Pastor. With a passion for leadership and business, Joe’s wide array of knowledge and experience culminate to create real estate com- panies that view life, people, and the marketplace through a unique lens. With a wife and four children, Joe is a devout husband and father. His love for life and people has him continually looking out for the prosperity and success of others including his clients and those who work within his companies. 

My name is Ravin and I currently serve as Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager at Old Second National Bank and brings over 12 years of experience in banking, including the past seven years working in Carol Stream. I take pride in servicing my clientele with helping them reach their financial goals. With experience in leadership and organizational development; I contribute a thoughtful, mission driven perspective and a strong belief in transparency, collaboration, and impact. Ryan began his financial planning journey teaching Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University through his local church. Then, wanting to go beyond the general advice provided by the class, he returned to school to pursue his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™.

Ryan believes that “There is Math, and there is Heart” in that you can make all the best decisions to make all the money in the world… but what does that do to your life? There must be balance in the struggle between love and money, or one will wither.

Rich brings over two decades of experience in logistics and operations leadership, currently managing a team of over 300 associates in a 540,000-square-foot distribution facility. He has a proven track record in process improvement, team development, and operational efficiency — all backed by a Six Sigma Green Belt and a history of strategic impact.
 
A U.S. Army veteran and active community member, Rich is passionate about giving back and sees Chamber board service as a way to further contribute to the Carol Stream community. In his first year of membership, he has already been involved in several philanthropic events and looks forward to expanding that engagement through the board.

A dynamic and engaging leader who gets things done, Jane Hove brings over a decade of experience in executive leadership, community engagement, and organizational development. Known for being self-driven, organized, and dependable, she consistently delivers innovative results that make a lasting impact. As President/CEO of the Bloomingdale Chamber (2007–2017), she launched major initiatives including 50 Men Who Cook, Bloomingdale Area Women in Business, and Classroom to Career Connection, which saw 500% growth. Jane also created Brewfest in 2019 with the Bloomingdale Community Committee and helped grow Diamond Level Memberships. She’s served as Interim President for Carol Stream (2018), Aurora Area (2019), and Orland Park (2023) Chambers. In 2024, she became CEO of the Carol Stream Chamber. Earlier, she led operations for the Broadway Theatre Guild. Jane brings vision, energy, and results to every endeavor.
