State law now requires every Ilinois employer with five or more employees to offer their own retirement program or facilitate Secure Choice.
Program deadline for employers with 5 to 15 employees is November 1, 2023.
Employers who do not meet their required deadlines may be subject to enformcement, including financial penalties.
