Please join us in this chip-timed\, family-friendly 5K run/walk to feed our hungry neighbors! Since 1999\, Neighborhood Food Pantries has provided food security to our neighbors in need\, as well as monetary assistance for housing\, utilities\, medical care/prescriptions\, etc. Funds raised from this 5K event will be used to help us reach our 2018 goal to provide over 2 million meals. The USATF certified 5k course winds through beautiful Mallard Lake Forest Preserve. The top 3 overall male and female runners will receive a medal\, as will the top runners in each bracket (overall winners are not eligible for age group medals): 70+ 30-39 60-69 20-29 50-59 14-19 40-49 13 & under Race entry includes: bib\, performance fit T-shirt\, and a post race snack for all runners! Register as a team and recruit your friends\, colleagues and family members to join you! (all team members receive a $5 registration discount!)
