When you pre-register\, we are better able to plan with the restaurants we are dealing with for the right amount of meals. Pre-registration (RSVP) must be done 3 business days prior (Friday noon for a Wednesday luncheon) and walk-ins will not be able to be accommodated. Some luncheons require earlier response. Fee for regular member luncheon is $35 and non-members are $50 pre-paid. Cancelation and no-shows will be charged $35. Payment will be expected in advance or at the door\; no invoicing available. Some luncheons with other groups or special events may have different fees. We do appreciate your consideration and cooperation on this policy.
